ShareVault is a free file sharing service designed for legitimate, lawful use. By uploading or downloading files through our platform, you agree to comply with this Fair Use Policy and all applicable laws and regulations.
Permitted Uses
- Sharing personal files such as photos, videos, and documents
- Distributing open-source software and free resources
- Sending files to colleagues, friends, or family
- Sharing publicly licensed creative works
- Temporary storage and transfer of your own data
- Software distribution where you hold the appropriate license
Prohibited Uses
You may not use ShareVault to upload, share, or distribute:
- Copyrighted content without permission from the rights holder
- Malware, viruses, trojans, ransomware, or any malicious software
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content exploiting minors
- Content that promotes violence, terrorism, or illegal activities
- Private personal information of others without their consent
- Fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive content
- Content that violates any local, state, national, or international law
- Spam or bulk unsolicited content
File Storage & Expiration
- • All files are automatically deleted after 24 hours from upload time.
- • Maximum file size is 500 MB per upload.
- • We reserve the right to remove files that violate this policy without notice.
- • We do not guarantee file availability and recommend keeping your own copies.
Reporting Abuse
If you believe a file hosted on ShareVault violates this policy or applicable law, please report it by contacting us. We take abuse reports seriously and will investigate and act promptly on valid reports, including removing offending content and cooperating with law enforcement where required.
Enforcement
Violation of this Fair Use Policy may result in immediate removal of the offending content, blocking of the associated IP address, and referral to law enforcement authorities. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time.
